To provide high-performance Point of Sale (POS), express billing, inventory management, and thermal receipt printing, Fauri Bill collects the following minimal information:
- Account Details: Store name, merchant contact email, business address, and branch information when you create an account.
- Catalog & Inventory Data: Product names, barcodes, prices, stock quantities, and category definitions added by your business.
- Transaction & Billing Records: Sales totals, payment types (Cash, Card, Udhaar / Credit), customer contact names (if entered by merchant), and invoice numbers.
- Device Hardware Identifiers: Paired Bluetooth thermal printer MAC addresses/names and device screen preferences stored locally to facilitate automatic reconnection.
2. Device Permissions & Usage
Fauri Bill requires specific device permissions exclusively for the app's core billing and printing functionality:
- Bluetooth (NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription / BLUETOOTH_CONNECT / BLUETOOTH_SCAN): Used solely to discover, pair, and send ESC/POS print jobs to wireless thermal receipt printers and barcode label printers. We do not track your location.
- Camera (NSCameraUsageDescription / CAMERA): Used strictly as an in-app barcode and QR scanner to quickly look up items and add them to the customer's checkout cart. No images or camera feeds are uploaded or stored.
- Photo Library (NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES): Used only when the merchant explicitly chooses to upload a store logo or custom payment QR code to appear on printed receipts.
- Internet & Network: Required for syncing sales, syncing multi-branch inventory, and user authentication with your secure cloud POS database.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information strictly for:
- Generating, formatting, and printing instant receipts and customer invoices.
- Synchronizing real-time sales reports and inventory levels across your staff registers.
- Providing technical assistance, software updates, and customer support.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data to advertisers or third-party data brokers.
4. Data Storage & Security
We employ enterprise-grade security protocols, including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit and secure database storage. Sensitive credentials are protected using industry-standard hashing algorithms.
5. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your business data as long as your merchant account remains active. You maintain full ownership and control over your records. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated store data at any time through our Account Deletion Page or by emailing the developer directly at ihfydjbxkhc@gmail.com.
6. Children's Privacy
Fauri Bill is a commercial retail and business management application intended for business owners and cashiers. It is not directed at or designed for children under the age of 13.
