In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Guideline 5.1.1) and Google Play User Data policies, users and merchants of Fauri Bill have the right to request the permanent deletion of their account and all associated store data.

Upon verifying your request, we permanently delete:
- Your merchant profile, login credentials, and authentication tokens.
- All branch records, cashier staff accounts, and permission roles.
- Your entire inventory catalog, product barcodes, pricing, and category structures.
- All historical sales transactions, receipts, customer records, and ledger entries.
- Custom store logos and saved receipt template configurations.
Data Retention Timeline
Once your request is received, our team will verify your ownership and permanently wipe all data within 14 to 30 days. If your account has no outstanding legal or billing disputes, immediate expedited purge can be executed upon email verification.
